What counts as a standard site?

Our "starting at" prices apply to standard sites—think a single building or project area up to a few acres, straightforward access, and no unusual obstacles.

Single main structure with clear perimeter access

No special security escorts or restricted airspace

No atypical hazards (dense cranes/trees, tight urban canyons)

Larger, multi-building, or more complex sites may require an additional fee.

How we quote your project

Most quotes start with a quick desk assessment—using the address, a site plan (if available), and satellite imagery to estimate scope and access. This lets us price most projects without an onsite visit.

If we anticipate unusual complexity or constraints, we'll flag it early and confirm any adjustments before flight. No surprises.

What we ask for

  • Site address and any plan/overview (PDF or image)
  • Number of buildings and approximate site extent
  • Any unique access or safety constraints
  • Preferred cadence (one-time, bi-weekly, monthly)

Orthomosaic mapping is for visual/planning use only (non-survey). If survey-grade accuracy is required, we can coordinate with a licensed surveyor.
